1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the bali19 platform (bali19.win), you hereby agree to be bound in full by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon completing the account registration process or accessing the platform for the first time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the bali19 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use bali19's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gaming activities.
• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently listed on any active self-exclusion programme.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Bali19 reserves the right at any time to request players to submit age verification documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

3Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at bali19. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Inaccurate or false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Your account password must be unique and must not be shared with any party.
• Bali19 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the bali19 support team immediately.
• Email and phone number verification is required to fully activate your account.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Bali19 supports a wide range of deposit methods for Malaysia players, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees.

Deposit terms and conditions that must be observed:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or digital wallets will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Bali19 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Bali19 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of the KYC verification process. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the deposit being held until verification is completed.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawal requests can be made through the Withdrawal section in your account. bali19 strives to process all withdrawal requests within a timeframe that is competitive with other platforms in the industry.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method, or an equivalent one, used for the deposit.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Bali19 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bali19 platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using a stolen credit card or a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using automation software, bots, AI, or third-party tools to play or exploit the system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempts to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Threatening, insulting, or defaming bali19 staff or other players.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the bali19 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

Bali19 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player themselves.

11Liability Limits

• Bali19's maximum liability to any player is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit bali19's liability for death or personal injury caused by bali19's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

Bali19 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations or where legal requirements necessitate immediate changes.

Continued use of the bali19 platform after the effective date of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
